How can I force the app sync with OneDrive?

You can force the app to sync to OneDrive at any time by accessing the OneDrive page by:

  1. If needed tap the button, then tap "OneDrive".




  2. Then on the OneDrive page tap the Sync Now button:

Can I change how frequently the app automatically checks for changes on OneDrive?

You can configure how frequently the app automatically checks for changes on OneDrive by:

  1. If needed tap the button, then tap "OneDrive".




  2. On the OneDrive page, choose the interval from the "Check for changes every" dropdownlist.

How does the round trip feature work?

The round trip feature allows you to flag a trip as being a round trip. Additionally if you are calculating mileage reimbursements, you can choose to have the reimbursement amount automatically doubled.

By default these features are disabled, to enable them:
  1. Goto the settings page

  2. Scroll down to the Trip Field Visibility section

  3. Then check the Round Trip field

  4. If you want to double the reimbursement amount then check that also

If you want the app to remember your last round trip choice then:
  1. Goto the settings page

  2. Scroll down to the Trip Remember Last section

  3. Then check the Round Trip field

Everytime I want to print my report, it requires alot a formatting work, do you have a solutions?

The app now offers several formatted reports. This way you don't have to apply formatting whenever you want to print the report and the report can be view by anyone with a web browser. To view the currently available reports:
  1. Access the TMM Store.

  2. Scroll down and tap the Formatted Report #.

  3. To see how your existing trips will look in the report, tap the "Preview" button.

  4. When you are ready to purchase, tap the Buy button.

  5. Follow the In-App purchase instructions to complete the purchase.
