1. Everytime I want to print my report, it requires alot a formatting work, do you have a solutions?

The app now offers several formatted reports. This way you don't have to apply formatting whenever you want to print the report and the report can be view by anyone with a web browser. To view the currently available reports:
  1. Access the TMM Store.

  2. Scroll down and click or tap the Formatted Report #... tile.

  3. To see how your existing trips will look in the report click or tap the "Preview" button.

  4. When you are ready to purchase, click or tap the Buy button.

  5. Follow the In-App purchase instructions to complete the purchase.

2. I need to forward the report to someone who cannot open the csv file, are there any other options?

3. How do I change the default folder used by app to export my data?

  1. Access the settings charm then click or tap Defaults.

  2. Scroll down to the Existing Trips section.

  3. Then click or tap the Reset Export Folder button. This will cause you to be prompted to pick a new default folder the next time you export your trip, driver, mileage type or vehicle report.

4. When does the app sync with OneDrive?

The app attempts to syncs changes with OneDrive:
  • Every time it starts

  • When you add, update or delete a trip



  • When you tap or click the Sync Now button on the OneDrive page which is accessible from the settings charm.

5. Can I change how frequently the app automatically checks for changes on OneDrive?

You can configure how frequently the app automatically checks for changes on OneDrive by accessing the settings charm then tapping or clicking OneDrive.

On the OneDrive page, move the slider under the "Check for changes every 60 minutes" section to the left to decrease the interval or to the right increase the interval between automatically syncing of changes.
