1. How do I add an entry?

There are 2 ways to add an entry:
  1. From the main menu page, tap the "add entry" button.

  2. Or from the entry list page, tap the add application bar button at the bottom.

  3. The add entry page will load. Where you can enter the details, once complete, tap the "save" button on the application toolbar to commit your changes or tap the back button on your device to lose any changes.

2. How do I update an entry?

  1. From the entry list page, tap the edit button (ie. the pencil) below the entry you wish to edit.

  2. Then the edit entry page will load with the details for the selected entry. After updating the details, tap the "save" button on the application toolbar to commit your changes or tap the back button on your device to lose any changes.

3. How do I delete an entry?

There are 2 ways to delete an entry:
  1. From the entry list page, tap the delete button (ie. recycling bin) below the entry you want to delete.

  2. Or while editing an entry tap the delete button on the application bar.

4. How do I get a report of the entries?

From the entry list page, tap the email report application bar button at the bottom.

5. I go to the same place frequently, do I have to type that information every time?

You can copy details from an existing entry to a new entry by following these steps from the entry list page:
  1. Tap the "copy" button below the entry you wish to copy.

  2. Then the add entry page will load with the origin, destination, vehicle, odometer distance, driver, mileage type, client, purpose and notes pre-filled. You can then make any edits which will only affect the new entry. After updating the details, tap the "save" button on the application toolbar to commit your changes or tap the back button on your device to lose any changes.
