When I email my report the email does not have the report attached?

This issue affects some versions of the Gmail email app, so we recommend you use the stock email app because it works consistently.

If you have selected a default email, follow the steps below to reset it:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Locate the Application manager, labeled Apps on most devices

  3. Scroll down and tap the application that is set as the default email app

  4. Scroll down to Launch By Default section and tap the Clear defaults button

  5. Then choose the stock email when you are sending your report.
