66. How do I delete an trip?

  1. Click Trips


  2. Hold down the Command key and single-click on multiple items.

    The Shift key lets you select a group of items that are contiguous, or next to each other in the list. Single-click on the first item you want to select in a list. Then hold down the Shift key and click on the last item you want in the list. Everything between the two clicks will be selected.


  3. To complete deleting the selected rows, click the button at the bottom of the list.


67. How do I export a report of the trips?

  1. Click Trips, then click the button below the list of trips


  2. Next on the Export Options screen you have these options:



    • Classic Email: this option disables the share sheet and goes directly to email.
    • Title: the title will be included in the report and will also be the subject of the email message
    • Text Size: this option allows you to make the text larger or smaller in the exported report, this does not affect the text size in the CSV file.
    • Filename: the name of the output file
    • Filtering (Active/None): Active means the list trips are being filtered. None means the list trips is NOT being filtered. The current filter can be updated by clicking this button.
    • Enabled Reports: the count of enabled formatted reports, click the button to enable to disable additional reports
    • Include Receipts: includes the receipts report
    • Receipts Title: the title will be included in the receipts report
    • Receipts Text Size: this option allows you to make the text larger or smaller in the exported receipts report, this does not affect the text size in the CSV file.
    • Receipts Filename: the name of the receipts report file
    • Include CSV: includes tabular summary in a CSV file
    • Include PDF: includes PDF files (if enabled)
    • Portrait Orientation: determines if the PDF is generated in portrait or landscape orientation
    • PDF Password: add an extra layer of security by password protecting the all PDF files.

      Passwords can only be added to the PDF files; all other file will not required a password to open. If you need to secure your output then you should turn off the include csv option because the csv will not require a password to open.
  3. To save the report(s) to your computer, click the button, then select the location




  4. To AirDrop or Email your report(s) click the button then choose the option.



    With AirDrop, you can wirelessly send your reports to a nearby iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

68. I go to the same place frequently, do I have to type that information every time?

You can copy details from an existing trip to a new trip by following these steps from the Trip page:

  1. Select a single trip then click button at the bottom of the list


  2. Next the Add Trip page will load with the Origin, Destination, Round Trip, Vehicle, Odometer Distance, Driver, Client, Business, Mileage Type, Purpose, Notes, Status, Job Number and Work Number pre-filled. You can then make any edits after which click the button to commit your changes or click the button to lose any changes.

69. Is it possible to reuse existing items to minimize typing?

  1. Start typing in the field (ie. origin, destination, client, purpose, notes or status) which causes a pop menu to display with items that contain what you have entered so far:
