Can I adjust the font style and size?

By default, there are two styles of text throughout the app, bold and non bolded plain text.

Bolded:







Non Bold Plain Text:







You have the ability to change the font family and style of the bold and non bold text separately. You can also increase the size of most all text throughout the app. To update these settings:

  1. Access the Settings Page (tap here to learn how)
  2. Then scroll down to and tap the "My Style" row.

  3. To update the bold text, tap the Bolded/Group Header Font row



    Then scroll through the list and tap the font family and style you prefer

  4. To update the non bold plain text, tap the General Font row



    Then scroll through the list and tap the font family and style you prefer

  5. To update the text size, tap the - or + buttons in the Text Size row

How do I change how I enter the Odometer details?

  1. Access the Settings Page (tap here to learn how)
  2. Then scroll down to and tap the "Data Entry" row.

  3. Then scroll down to and tap the "Odometer" row.

  4. Then tap the row with the data entry method you would prefer.

What does each button do?

  • used to add a new item
  • used to return to the previous screen
  • used to start the batch update process
  • used to start the purchase process
  • used to add an existing picture or choose it from the camera role
  • used to cancel the current action
  • used to move to the next step in a process
  • used to copy an existing trip to a new trip
  • used to start the delete process
  • used to open the filtering of trips or the store, the color also tells you that not filtering is active

  • use to hide the on screen keyboard
  • used to complete the delete, clear or reset process
  • used to save changes in most cases except for receipts or mileage rates which require you to tap the same button on trip edit or mileage type edit screen.
  • used to select all rows in the list

  • used to restore previous purchases
  • used to show the main navigation menu

How do I manage my receipts?

  • If you want to add a receipt:

    1. While adding or updating a trip, scroll down to the "Receipts" section and tap the "Add" row.


    2. Next you can choose to take a picture of the receipt or select it from your camera roll if an image already exists.


    3. In additional to adding the receipt, you can also enter the merchant, total, tax, tips, category, account and notes.




    4. After entering the details, tap the button to commit your changes or tap the button to lose any changes.

      Note: you still need to save the trip.


    5. Once saved, the Trips screen will display the count of receipts for each trip


  • To update a receipt

    1. Scroll down to the "Receipts" section and tap the receipt


    2. Then update the receipt by tapping the button on the toolbar at the bottom.


    3. After entering the details, tap the button to commit your changes or tap the button to lose any changes.

      Note: you still need to save the trip.


  • To delete a receipt

    1. Scroll down to the "Receipts" section and tap the receipt
    2. To delete the receipt tap the button on the toolbar at the bottom



      Note: you still need to save the trip.


When you export your trips, all receipts for those trips will be included in a single yet separate file from the report of your trips.


Is it possible to take a picture of receipts and add them to a trip?

The taking of pictures of receipts and add them to a trip is a feature that can be added by following these steps:

  1. Access the TMM Store (tap here to learn how)
  2. Scroll down to the "Single Items" section and tap on the "Add Basic Receipt Tracking" row but if you want to see any discounted bundles that include this add-on then:

    1. Tap the button in the upper right corner to open the store assistant
    2. Then scroll down to and tap the Basic Receipt Tracking row
    3. Next tap the button to return to the filtered store listing
    4. Finally tap the add-on you are interested in from the bundles or single items section
  3. The details page will open where you can read more about add-on and view screenshots. When you are ready to make the purchase then tap the button in the upper right corner and follow any prompts provided by Apple to complete the purchase.
