  1. Open the app
  2. Then from the Main Menu tap/click the button in the toolbar at the top.

    On iPhone you may need to tap the to show the Main Menu.

    On iPad you may need to tap the to show the Main Menu.

    On a Amazon Fire Tablet or Android Phone/Tablet you may need to tap the to show the Main Menu.
  3. On the next screen, tap/click the Forgot Your Password button.

  4. Finally, on the next screen, enter your username then tap/click the Reset button and instructions will be sent to the email address on file for that account.
Note: if you used the Sign In With Apple or Sign In With Google or Login With Amazon service to create your account then you do not have a password to reset.

7. How do I sign up for an account on a Amazon Fire Tablet, Android Phone/Tablet, iPhone/iPad or a Mac?

Yes, but you will need to purchase the add-ons from the Online TMM Store.

Note: Purchases made from the Amazon App Store or Google Play or the Apple App Store or the Mac App Store cannot be shared with a device signed into a different store account on the same platform.

Example:
You and your wife have separate Apple App Store accounts but you want to share purchases using the free version of the app on iPhone or iPad. Well, if you or your wife purchase add-ons in the iPhone/iPad app then the other persons iPhone/iPad will not have access to those purchases. The only way to be able to share purchases in this scenario is to purchase the add-ons from the Online TMM Store then sign into the account made the purchases on your devices.

10. How do I use my online purchases on a different device?

  1. First download the free version of the app from the Amazon App Store or Google Play or the Apple App Store or the Mac App Store.
  2. Finally, sign in with your account on the new device.
